The Team Was Excellent
Yesterday, I came into the office to have a filling removed and replaced. While I am terrified of any dental work, the team that worked with me was excellent. After the procedure, I wrapped up at the front desk with Julie.
Julie communicated to me that there would be a charge for this procedure. I was
taken aback by the amount of the charge and questioned why it existed. I was less than pleasant, but Julie walked me through the charges and the
insurance protocol, step by step. She was calm, patient, and very
knowledgeable. It is customer service like this (I've always received great service from
Jess...she's awesome) that keeps me driving from Manty to have my dental
work done. Thank you kindly for all you do Team. I'd like to say I look forward to
seeing you again, but that isn't true (remember...terrified) but I do know
that I'll be taken care of by you folks. And for that I am ever grateful.

Very friendly and Helpful
I recently moved here from Green Bay where I had the same dentist for many years. He set the standard high for tooth care. We searched around this area and talked to patients from several dental offices to see what they had to say. The comments about Dr. Jamie at Two Rivers Family Dental were very good so we decided to give them a try. I came in with necessary dental work needing to be done and the normal amount of anxiety with it. I am happy to say we, "nailed it" with our choice. Dr. Jamie and her assistant Laurie could not be more thorough, personal and educational as she proceeds which helps me relax (somewhat-along with a little laughing gas)! The office from the minute you walk in till you leave is very friendly and helpful if I have any questions. She met the standard we were used to and I recommend her to everyone!!

This dentist is the best
This dentist is the best. The office was understanding when I called and all of the follow-up was professional and kind. They helped me out with my predicament, and worked with my finances. I’ve had good care elsewhere, and bad, and medium. This is the best.

"You guys should wear capes..."
Loved my experience at Two Rivers Family Dental! I had an abscessed tooth but, I needed to be sedated. They sent me over to the surgeons and got me in the chair right away to get the x-ray of the tooth to be extracted, prescribed my
antibiotics, and got me the appointment that fit into MY schedule. I can't thank you enough! You guys should wear capes for being my superheroes! LOL

"This may have saved my life..."
Gee are x-rays that important when having a dental exam? My first time panorex, ( a two-dimensional x-ray used in the dental field, it displays both jaws, the upper and lower, as well as the teeth) showed a blockage in my left carotid
artery. Imagine that. This may have saved my life as for now my medical doctor will check this yearly!Thanks for introducing this type of x-ray.

Dignity and Graciousness
Today was my first time over at the Forrest St office, and meeting Dr. Meunier. I was very impressed with her very quickness with which she worked, how she got along with her assist. Her reassurance as she went along, she
treated me with much dignity when I gave her some recent medical changes. I was very pleasantly surprised with her graciousness, humor, thoughtfulness, and kindness. If I didn't know any better I would of thought this was Dr. Hansen. I
don't know how he found her but would certainly recommend her to anyone who was looking for a dentist, be it family friend or stranger! Dr. Meunier is certainly a keeper, and I would continue to see her. Thank you for allowing me to be
a patient on your team.

I recently started going to Two Rivers Family Dental about a year ago. I found Julie at the front desk VERY friendly and professional. After my first visit the Dr Hansen discussed a crown with me...again Julie says "lets do an estimate
first" WOW, who OFFERS that? So my estimate came back, it was within my budget and we got it scheduled and taken care of. After that wonderful experience I asked if I could bring my then 4 year old in and I worked with Tracey who was so
patient and kind to him and most of all she made it a fun experience for him. The second time around she even got Xrays :) All good check ups bring a new toothbrush for him and he loves to go to the dentist. I could not be happier with
the staff and treatment at T R Family Dental!

The staff is very friendly, very patient and professional. I had a problem tooth and they were always glad that I came in and they did their best to fix it for me. Everything was explained and I never felt rushed or that I was a bother
